Lahore- Supreme Court (SC) has been moved for bringing Altaf Hussain, chief of MQM to Pakistan through Interpol and removal of Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat ul Abad.
The petitioner Barrister Zafar Ullah through a petition filed in SC Lahore registry has taken the plea that Altaf Hussain, chief of MQM is brought to Pakistan through Interpol in the light of video statement of Saulat Mirza and cases registered against him is pursued. Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat ul Abad be removed from his office so that he could not influence the investigation of the cases. Names of MQM leaders, including Haider Abbas Rizvi and Babar Ghauri who were named by Saulat Mirza in his video statement are put into Exit Control List (ECL), he prayed.
